One Team

The challenge

Our task was to create a visual campaign that would bring new energy to One Team — Euroleague Basketball’s internal corporate social responsibility program. While the brand was already established and respected within the league, the goal was to raise broader awareness around its impact: how clubs across Europe engage in meaningful, community-based initiatives that extend far beyond the game.

The challenge was to build on the existing identity and develop a creative direction that felt fresh, modern, and emotionally resonant. We needed to strike the right balance — staying true to brand guidelines while crafting a flexible system that could be carried forward by players, clubs, and partners alike. The final campaigns had to feel unified, human, and ready to inspire, whether seen by die-hard fans or first-time viewers.

What we did

Working closely with their internal content plan, we designed a set of campaign visuals that shared the program’s stories from different angles — including overviews of each club’s activities and local initiatives, ambassador spotlights with personal reflections, and motivational quotes that reinforced core values like unity, perseverance, and community. These visual narratives were unified through a clean, people-first design system. We used softened One Team colours, brand elements subtly blurred in the background, and structured yet approachable typography that helped shift the focus from basketball to social impact.

The result is a vibrant campaign that celebrates grassroots engagement while increasing visibility for One Team across Europe. The visuals are flexible enough to be adapted by clubs, ambassadors, and partner accounts, helping build a sense of shared ownership and collective purpose.

One Team is Euroleague Basketball’s award-winning corporate social responsibility program — where sport meets purpose. Supported by Turkish Airlines as the founding patron, the initiative brings together clubs, players, and communities across Europe to tackle social inequality through the unifying power of basketball. Each club leads its own locally driven project, co-created with community partners to support individuals facing exclusion — whether due to disability, inequality, or other barriers. Built on teamwork, empathy, and inclusion, One Team has, since 2012, empowered thousands of participants and ambassadors with one shared mission: creating real impact, far beyond the game.
